Gymnastic Spectrum, LLC provides professional gymnastics and physical development programs for children and teenagers in Danbury, Connecticut. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Beginner, intermediate, and advanced gymnastics classes
- Physical fitness and coordination training programs
- Summer camps and intensive training programs
- Competitive gymnastics training
- Private coaching sessions
- Special events and workshops
Our services are provided at our facility located at 69 KENOSIA AVE, Danbury, CT 06810, and through our online platforms where applicable.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Age Requirements
Our gymnastics programs are designed for participants between the ages of 3 and 17 years old. Specific age requirements may vary by program:
- Beginner programs: Ages 3-6 years
- Intermediate programs: Ages 7-12 years
- Advanced programs: Ages 13-17 years
3.2 Parental Consent for Minors
All participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian:
- Complete and sign all required registration forms
- Provide written consent for participation in our programs
- Agree to these Terms on behalf of the minor participant
- Assume responsibility for the minor's compliance with these Terms
- Provide emergency contact information and medical authorization
By registering a minor for our programs, the parent or legal guardian represents and warrants that they have the legal authority to bind the minor to these Terms and to make decisions regarding the minor's participation in our services.
3.3 Health Requirements
All participants must be in good physical health and capable of participating in gymnastics activities. Participants with medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations must disclose such conditions prior to enrollment. A medical clearance may be required for certain participants.
4. User Responsibilities

Users of our services agree to:

- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Comply with all facility rules, safety guidelines, and instructor directions
- Treat staff, instructors, and other participants with respect
- Attend scheduled classes on time and notify us of any absences
4.2 Financial Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Pay all fees and charges associated with enrolled programs on time
- Provide valid payment information for recurring charges
- Notify us of any changes to payment information
- Be responsible for any fees incurred due to late payments or returned payments
4.3 Safety Responsibilities
Participants and their parents/guardians agree to:
- Follow all safety instructions provided by instructors
- Wear appropriate attire and use required safety equipment
- Report any injuries, accidents, or safety concerns immediately
- Not participate in activities while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Refrain from using equipment without proper supervision
5. Prohibited Uses
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration
- Using our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Engaging in conduct that is harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or harassing
- Interfering with the proper functioning of our facility or programs
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Violating any applicable local, state, or federal laws or regulations
- Using our services to harm minors in any way
- Recording, photographing, or filming other participants without consent
- Selling, transferring, or assigning your account or enrollment without our consent
- Using our services while under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances
- Bringing weapons, illegal substances, or dangerous materials to our facility
- Engaging in any form of bullying, intimidation, or violence
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with Gymnastic Spectrum, LLC, including but not limited to:
- Our name, logo, and branding elements
- Website design, content, and graphics
- Training curricula, methods, and materials
- Photographs, videos, and promotional materials
- Written content, documents, and publications
are the exclusive property of Gymnastic Spectrum, LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
6.2 User-Generated Content
By submitting any content, feedback, or suggestions to us, you grant Gymnastic Spectrum, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for any purpose. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.
6.3 Media Release
With appropriate consent, Gymnastic Spectrum, LLC may photograph or video record participants for promotional purposes. Separate media release forms will be provided for parental consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY GYMNASTIC SPECTRUM, LLC ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE
- THAT ANY RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF OUR SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE
We do not guarantee specific results from our gymnastics programs. Physical development, skill acquisition, and athletic performance vary based on individual factors including natural ability, effort, practice frequency, and physical condition. The company provides informational and professional services and does not guarantee results.
We make no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of any information provided on our website or through our services.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Assumption of Risk
Gymnastics and related physical activities involve inherent risks including, but not limited to, the risk of serious bodily injury, permanent disability, or death. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities.
8.2 Waiver and Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Gymnastic Spectrum, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and instructors from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by any participant while participating in our programs.
8.3 Limitation of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GYMNASTIC SPECTRUM, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use our services
- Any unauthorized access to or use of your account
- Any interruption or cessation of our services
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through our services
- Any injury or damage sustained during participation in our programs
8.4 Maximum Liability
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) month period preceding such claim.

10.1 Termination by User

- Tuition refunds may be subject to proration and administrative fees
- Unused class credits may not be transferable or refundable
- Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination
10.2 Termination by Company
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms or our policies
- Conduct we determine to be harmful to other participants, staff, or our business
- Failure to pay required fees
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Providing false information during registration
- Abuse or harassment of staff or other participants
Upon termination, you must immediately cease using our services and return any Company property in your possession.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, or your use of our services, shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Connecticut, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You agree that these Terms and any policies referenced herein constitute the entire agreement between you and Gymnastic Spectrum, LLC, superseding any prior agreements regarding the subject matter.
